Key Focus will track and monitor the valuable assets and record their value, warranties, guarantees and maintenance to ensure the maximum life cycle. We will consider utilities management, lease management, preventative and reactive maintenance activities, space management, security, and cleaning. We follow a process of overseeing property performance and planning the timing of capital upgrades, with the goal of enhancing value and maximizing return to the owner.
